Shakotan Spirit takes its name from the double meaning of “spirit”, referring both to distilled beverages and the passion of the people of Shakotan and gin lovers. Gin is a liquor that not only warms the body, but also inspires and gives people courage and hope. Channeling the essence of gin, the company is working to write a new chapter in Shakotan’s history and culture to pass on to the next generation.
